Such as our Australian Flag jumps into various events on the Sunshine Coast - Australia Day Celebrations on Kings Beach Caloundra or into the Caloundra Show in Maleny.
This is the most spectacular of Australia Flag Jumps - we jump the largest flag in Australia, at 3,500 square foot! The flag weighs the same as a small person - 47kg altogether with a 22kg lead weight to make it fly properly. Jumping with the flag (and landing it!) requires an extremely high level of skill (the flag creates alot of drag), so flag jumps are performed by Tibor Glesk, owner and Chief Instructor of Sunshine Coast Skydivers and the current Australian Champion in Style & Accuracy . Hes also the current record holder.
We've jumped banners into events - King of the Coast Iron Man 2011
been part of the celebration at stadium openings - Sunshine Coast Sea Eagles Rugby League stadium at Stockland Park, Kawana
and helped raise awareness for Breast Cancer in 2012 - Cindy Mackenzie Breast Cancer Foundation, Lucie jumped from 15,000ft to raise money and awarness for this great cause.
We've even given Santa and the Easter Bunny a lift ...
dropped a groom and his groomsmen into his beach wedding, a brave Bride & Groom into theirs, and dropped celebrities out of perfectly good plane to help raise funds for local charities - Listening for Lucy, Mark from MixFM Mark & Caroline Breakfast Show.
There's no better way to make an entrance than by just 'dropping in'!
