BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL

Conditions:
Minimum skydiver age: 12 years - no upper limit. (can jump under 12 if prior approval is obtained by the club - we need 2 weeks notice $40 fee to APF)
Maximum skydiver weight: 100 kilograms.

Terms & Conditions of Business

All Tandem Skydive bookings and Gift Vouchers are subject to acceptance of our Terms & Conditions of Business

CANCELLATION POLICY:
a) If unable to skydive due to weather conditions, we will transfer your jump booking to another day.
b) With the exception of any special promotions which may have their own conditions attached, if you find you are unable to jump on the date booked we are happy to transfer your booking to another date, at no cost, provided you let us know at LEAST 48 hours in advance. Should you decide to cancel within 48 hrs* of a scheduled skydive, bookings will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the skydive booked. (*example if you have booked for Saturday and are unable to jump, you must let us know by 7pm on the Wednesday prior, or you will lose your payment - we have to do this as all arrangements for your jump will have been made and paid for by this stage.)
GIFT VOUCHER VALIDITY:
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Should the voucher recipient not wish to skydive we will issue a full refund to the purchaser only, provided we are notified no later than 28 days from date of purchase. Vouchers are transferable - please contact us to reconfirm details & validity. Expired vouchers are non-refundable. Voucher validity will NOT be extended past the initial 6 months. Gift Vouchers must be redeemed by the skydiver on the day. Gift Vouchers are subject to the same Cancellation Policy (1.) above. i e if you use your voucher to book a jump then fail to show on the day, your voucher will be deemed used, unless you give us 48 hours notice.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
We want everyone who jumps with us to have the best possible experience, therefore all skydives are operated at the discretion of Sunshine Coast Skydivers who retain the right to refuse to take skydivers for reasons we deem valid such as, but not limited to, being in an unfit state to jump (under the influence of alcohol or drugs) or guests not complying with our jumping restrictions (see below)
RESTRICTIONS:
Minimum age 12 years. Maximum Skydive Student (your) weight 100 kilograms. Guests under 18 years must have written consent from a parent or guardian.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Sunshine Coast Skydivers for fair and valid reasons such as continual poor weather conditions.

These Terms & Conditions of Business supercede all previous versions.
